- Du bekommst von uns jährlich einen festen Zinssatz von X % auf dein investiertes Darlehen.

- Die Laufzeit beträgt X Jahre. Danach bekommst du dein investiertes Darlehen vollständig von uns zurückgezahlt.

●      Über einen Zeitraum von 3 Jahren kannst du das Darlehen mit einem Betrag von 250 € bis 25.000 € zeichnen. Juristische Personen können jede Summe zeichnen, auch Beträge oberhalb von 25.000 €. Deinen Betrag kannst du in 50 €-Schritten frei wählen.

●      Bis zu einer Darlehenssumme von 15.000 € bedarf es keines Identifikationsverfahrens. Deutsche Bürger:nnen sowie jede Person mit deutschem Wohnsitz können teilnehmen. Ab einer Darlehenssumme von 15.000 € ist eine Prüfung gesetzlich vorgeschrieben. Ein Wohnsitz in Deutschland ist dann eine Voraussetzung für die Zeichnung des Darlehens.

●      Du bekommst jährlich einen festen Zinssatz von X % auf deine Darlehenssumme ausbezahlt und erhältst nach X Jahren deine ursprünglich eingezahlte Summe vollständig zurück.

Wir möchten dich darauf hinweisen, dass der Erwerb dieser Vermögensanlage mit erheblichen Risiken verbunden ist und es zum vollständigen Verlust des eingesetzten Vermögens kommen kann. Sollten wir unser Ziel nicht erreichen, kann die Darlehenssumme unter Umständen nicht zurückgezahlt werden. Bitte informiere dich dazu detailliert im Vermögensanlagen-Informationsblatt (VIB), das du nach erfolgreicher Registrierung und vor deiner Zeichnung, neben allen anderen wichtigen Dokumenten, von uns erhalten wirst.

●      Over a period of 3 years you can give us a loan of between €250 and €25,000. Legal entities can give loans of any amount, also exceeding €25,000. You can choose your amount in €50 increments.

●      Up to a loan amount of €15,000, no identification procedure is required, i.e. every German citizen as well as any person with a German residency permit can participate. A loan amount exceeding €15,000 legally requires identification, which means that you must be a German resident.

●      We will pay you a fixed annual interest rate of X% of your investment. You will get back the full amount you originally paid after X years. 

However, we would like to point out that the loan is associated with considerable risks and can lead to a complete loss of your investment, so we may not be able to repay the loan amount if we do not achieve our goal. Please read the investment information sheet (VIB) carefully, which you can access after the successful registration process with the other documents.
